Types of cancers that can be treated and achieve the best results.
According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Philippines is among the countries with the highest cancer rates in the world. Alarmingly, for individuals over 40 years old, as the body weakens, the growth and spread of cancer cells tend to accelerate significantly.
Dangerous when tumors grow without treatment.
If not treated early, the tumor will grow larger and may turn from benign to malignant, causing serious harm to the patient’s health and life.
The tumor compresses important organs:
When the tumor grows larger, it occupies space in the body and presses on surrounding organs, causing serious damage to them. In particular, tumors in the breast, uterus, lungs, or prostate can compress the heart, lungs, or uterus, leading to severe pain and even sudden death.
The tumor may undergo necrosis or internal bleeding:
When a tumor grows too rapidly, the blood vessels cannot supply enough nutrients, leading to tissue ischemia and causing part of the tumor to die (necrosis). In severe cases, this can result in hemorrhagic shock or sepsis, which are extremely life-threatening conditions.
The tumor spreads and metastasizes:
The longer it is left untreated, the more easily cancer cells in the tumor can detach and travel through the bloodstream or lymphatic system to other organs. Once the tumor has metastasized, treatment can no longer completely eliminate the cancer cells — it can only provide temporary control, and the patient’s survival prognosis decreases significantly.
Causing exhaustion and damage to the entire body:
The body gradually becomes debilitated as it has to “nourish” the tumor. As a result, the immune system weakens, making the patient more prone to underlying conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or lipid disorders. All of these factors cause the body to deteriorate rapidly and become difficult to recover.
Missing the “golden opportunity” for easy and effective treatment:
When the tumor is still small, treatment is usually simple and highly effective. However, if delayed and the tumor continues to grow, the chances of recovery gradually decrease, while treatment costs and the level of pain increase many times over.
